Make sure your art design are free or clear of any dot half-tone. Try spreading out each art piece design you have as evenly as possible on the art paper according to the size you will be ordering. Live an ample amount of space around perimeter of the border edge of the paper about 3/4" inch away from surrounding artwork. Do not send a copy format or a folded art paper in the mail. A reproduction copy is accepted provided you meet the requirement we set forth on "proof ready below". |
We are using a 4 platen PHI pnuematic vulcanizer, a unit built with a special thermo controlled vacuum system for pressing rubber art stamp sheets. Each of the baking plate unit operates on a cyncronized mechanism which produces a uniformed equal output released sheets of rubber on a consistent basis. In addition it's equipped with a digitized monitoring unit device for controlling hydraulic pressure level which gives and provides the right rubber thickness all the time whether on a single run sheet or multiple. PHI machines are machine devices that has pioneered rubber mold press-making equipment for years and can offer rubber stamp sheet products in high quality either for commercial or non-commercial purposes. |

Foam die cushions we sell are back to back sticky tape
foam and a best substitute for liquid adhesive thinner
base glue products. Rubber stamp dies will adhere well
with this foam pad cushion tape similarly just like when
liquid adhesives are applied. It is also an ego friendly
product as well. It applies so well on wood base mount
fast, quick and easy.
Black or gray foam pad cushions are standard stock items
available for shipping.
